I take the pictures, and within about 2 weeks, you will receive 50+ digital images on a disk. It's that easy!! You are then free to do with them as you wish...email, print, enlarge, or create! ! This is a much cheaper way to make Christmas cards and gifts for your family!! With your disk, you can download the images and use a service online (shutterfly.com, mpix.com, or kodakgallery.com).

Where I shoot:
I like to use natural lighting, so almost all of my sessions are outside. A beautiful, natural scenery is great and locations include Landa Park, Cypress Bend Park, or your own home/land. For babies that are not yet mobile, I come to your home!. I also LOVE shooting “around the town!” Being in New Braunfels, we are blessed with so many awesome backdrops, that aren’t just at the park! For babies that are not yet mobile, I prefer to shoot them indoors either in front of a black backdrop or in the natural setting of your home.

What to Wear:
Most sessions last around 1 hour. For a family session, similar colors work well, , but everyone doesn’t have to be “matchy-matchy”! I always tell people to “think of a window at Macy’s...the colors all coordinate, but the outfits are all different.” Now, if you want to stick with simple, these work well: jeans with black, brown or white tops, khaki pants with black tops, or khaki bottoms with white tops. For children, lots of clothing options work great! I love photographing children in fun colors. For example, if your son loves his fireman raincoat, then bring it along for a few fun shots! Or if your little princess loves her tutu, it can make for some priceless shots! And of course, babies look so sweet in their natural skin or something very, very simple and fitted. So, don’t sweat it! When we book your appointment, we can chat more about it! .

Copyright:
A copyright release will be issued with your disk or emailed directly to you. It will state that all images are available to be printed, enlarged, etc.
All images will also remain property of A. Leigh Photography, and can be used for advertisement, website, prints, publications, or any other purposes at any time.
